Fall Guys surprises players with a great new crossover

During the opening night of Gamescom live, the Mediatonic developer revealed that fall guys will add new content based on Disney's The book of the jungle! As of September 3, players will be able to obtain three different costumes of the film: Mowgli (September 3 to 6), Shere Khan (September 7 to 9) and Baloo (September 10 to 12). Those three will be purchased with Kudos. A fourth disguise will also be available: King Louie. Unlike the other three costumes, the only way to get King Louie is participating in a limited time event that begins that same day. The following items can be purchased during the King Louie event:

  • Jungle champion nickname: 200
  • Kaa pattern: 400
  • Suit of King Louie (bottom): 800
  • Disguise of King Louie (superior): 1100
  • King Louie Identification Plate: 1400
  • Gesture of the dance of the jungle: 1700

The book of the jungle may seem an unusual choice for a fall guys crossover, but the designs themselves seem to fit perfectly! All the costumes are very faithful to the film, and its vibrant appearance will surely be a great success among the players. Some fanatics hoped that MediaTonic could announce launch dates for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox versions of fall guys in Gamescom, but nothing has been revealed, when writing this article.
